First of all

This is a regional sake Daiginjo(made with only the best part of the rice and the layers have been removed) “Misuzu” (300ml /670yen)

It made in Nagato and named Misuzu from Kaneko Misuzu who is born in Nagato and historical poet.

Second sake is also related to Kaneko  Misuzu.

“Misuzu no shi    Daidai no Hana ( Poem of Misuzu       Flower of a bitter orange) “

(300ml/650yen,   500ml/1000yen)

The name of sake means the family prosper for long generations and this sake considers good luck. The factory of the sake has cafe.They have menu used a bitter orange juice. You should check out!!
